Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched on the same business day when placed before our cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery Times
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from dispatch
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods
European Union
- Standard Delivery: 14 working days from dispatch
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

- Same business day dispatch applies to orders placed before our cut-off time

Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Undelivered Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:
- The courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
- Packages not collected within the courier's holding period will be returned to us
- You may be responsible for return shipping costs and redelivery fees
International Shipping
For EU deliveries:
- Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
- Delays may occur during customs clearance
- Please check your country's import regulations
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Provide photos of any damage
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund
